Visit Keuka Lake
Surrounded by rolling, vineyard-covered hills, the shores of Keuka Lake provide the perfect place to relax and recharge. The lake offers a wealth of entertainment. Its shallower depths (183’) means it stays warmer than deeper Finger Lakes, making it an ideal summer destination for swimming and watersports of all kinds. The lake also boasts excellent fishing including Brown Trout, Smallmouth Bass and Landlocked Salmon. Named "the world's most beautiful wine region," by readers of Budget Travel magazine, there are many outstanding, world-class Finger Lakes wineries located in the hills along Keuka Lake. At the southern tip of Keuka Lake, Hammondsport was home to aviation pioneer Glenn Curtiss, known as the "Father of Naval Aviation," who designed, built, and flew seaplanes off the waters of Keuka in the early 1900s.

Ripley's Roost
This place is amazing for groups. It’s directly on the water and is a great place to relax, go to the wineries, or visit surrounding towns.

Ripley's Roost
This place was perfect for our group of nine friends. Good, clean, open areas on both floors to just hangout and enjoy the view which is amazing and can be enjoyed from any angle thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass windows and sliding doors. Its location relative to the quaint town of Penn Yan and several local vineyards was just what we needed for a late fall trip.

The Cottage in the Pines
We had a great stay in this new property. We loved the home and it was located close to both wineries and hiking. We would hope to re-book this same property on future trips.

We spent a lovely week enjoying everything the lake and region has to offer. The house had plenty of private spots for our large group to spread. It is immaculate, newly renovated and stylishly decorated. Gorgeous views of the lake, especially at sunset.

What a magnificent place!! Early morning you will see fish jumping all over the shoreline. Take a kayak for sunrise and sunset cruise. Keuka Lake was so peaceful and calm! We highly recommend Kevin & Anu’s place, it was super clean and nicely decorated. Well stocked with all the cooking essentials. We cooked most of our meals there. They are wonderful hosts, very kind and answered all my questions very quickly. Many great attractions close by from the wineries, scenic hikes to quaint historic towns. Truly kick back and relaxed. We will be back but don’t tell too many people.
